Our passion for helping real people experience hope and healing is authentically expressed through our varied life experiences. God has walked alongside all of us through dark nights of the soul, and we have experienced Him. Our hope is that with our honest, relational approach -- you will, too.
My family (Adrina, Braeden, Emersyn, and Canon) is my world. It’s been an amazing journey the past few years of God showing me exactly where he wants me and the Mabry family. After finishing my Master’s at Texas Tech (GUNS UP!), I spent 10 years coaching and teaching in the high school ranks. I wanted to be a head football coach, but the Lord led me elsewhere. I believe a big part of my identity is and always will be “coach.” I’m a fierce competitor and passionate soul. I love my family and value my marriage above anything this world can offer. Marriage and relationships invigorate me, and I LOVE getting together with couples to help set up, build up, or put back together the marriage God intended for them.
My name is Linsey Watt, and I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Shannon, and mother to two precious kiddos. I have worked with children and families for my entire adult career in various avenues, and I could not be happier to be working with the Turning Point team! My past endeavors include Elementary Teacher, Early Childhood Interventionist, and Professional School Counselor. I am currently working as a LPC-I, being supervised by Kelly Guidry, LPC-S. Being a Licensed Professional Counselor is a dream I have had for years, and I am thrilled to be able to offer my specialized training and education to you on your journey. My special interests include family counseling, child play therapy, art and sand therapy, group counseling, parenting difficulties, and women’s concerns.
My name is Kelly Spence. I am a wife to Scott and a mother to Ian, Addie, and Rylee. I have been involved in the world of ministry for the past 13 years, and I must say I love sharing His love with others. I have worked with students and been involved in Women’s ministry, both of which allowed me to get in the trenches with people during good times, bad times, hard and easy times. I truly love helping people. It brings me much joy. While studying at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where I completed the master's degree program, God revealed to me how His Word can bring hope and healing to many and I look forward to sharing this with others.
